On Demand Staffing contracts through wm+a range from a single 4 hour shift to covering full shifts over days, weeks, and months. This flexibility, combined with our well known 24hr on call system, is rapidly becoming solution of choice to our community's staffing needs.
Our contract associate service offers a flexible and cost effective solution to augment staffing on either a short or long term basis. We provide reliable and competent staffing to service agencies or educational settings, assisting in meeting their own service delivery needs. In this situation, the wm+a associate works at the client site and under their direction, while administratively being managed by wm+a.
Day Program Supports:
