wm+a supports children, youth and adults with autism and developmental exceptionalities, as well as individuals diagnosed with ADHD, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome or with mental health/behavioural disorders. Our clients are of varied ages, each with a unique set of needs, challenges and circumstances.

Our 24 hour response mechanism enables us to be responsive and effective in crisis situations, equally supporting our clients and our community.

wm+a is often part of a multidisciplinary team that works together to ensure that the high needs and at-risk population and their families are well supported. If you're an educational establishment, day program, residential facility, hospital or other community service provider, our fee-for-service agency can provide specialized short and long term staffing and clinical support services, to support children, adolescents or adults within your setting. Augmenting your own service delivery, our scheduling team has the flexibility to quickly respond or plan ahead — expertly coordinating the right staff to accommodate every situation.

Our philosophy is based on accountability and fast response. With an Applied Behaviour Analysis approach to support, we aim to not simply manage behaviour, but help individuals to learn and make progress.
