We are currently looking for Child and Youth Workers to support our clients living with autism, as well as those with mental health and behavioural challenges. Our Child and Youth Workers work in various settings, including group homes, hospital settings, home-based settings and schools. As an independent contractor, you will be able to accept shifts that suit your availability and meet your unique skills and profile. We offer daytime, evening, overnight and weekend shifts in the Toronto, Peel and York region.
The ideal candidate has a college diploma or university degree in a relevant discipline (CYW, DSW, BST, BA). You will have extensive direct working experience, preferably with complex special needs clients. Experience working with clients living with autism is an asset. Your knowledge and experience of Applied Behaviour Analysis and an evidence based approach will help you excel in this role. You currently have or are willing to attain CPI certification/UMAB, and a current police check/OESC card.

We are currently looking for Instructor Therapists to support our clients with centre-based and home-based IBI services. As an Instructor Therapist, you will be responsible for implementing child-specific Intensive Behaviour Intervention programming in either a home-based or centre-based setting. You will support the client through the full-cycle from preparation of teaching materials, to implementing the programming, to monitoring the client's progress and the effectiveness of the individualized programs through recording and graphing data. In addition, the Instructor Therapist will write reports and progress notes and participate with the Clinical Team in the program planning process. As an independent contractor, you will be able to accept IBI contracts that suit your availability, location and meet your unique skills and profile. We offer contracts in the Toroto, Peel and York region.
The ideal candidate has a college diplioma or university degree in a relevant discipline. You have a strong knowledge of Autism Spectrum Disorder and an understanding of Intensive Behaviour Intervention. You have superior oral and written communication skills. You are comfortable working with complex special needs clients, preferably pre-school aged, and have done so for a minumum of 2 years. Your successful completion of a training and evaluation program would be put to good use in this role.
