Since 1999, wm+a has been an integral part of the support community, working with children, youth and adults with ASD/autism, complex special needs, mental health disorders and other developmental exceptionalities. wm+a associate network consists of more than 400 front-line workers (CYC, DSW, BST, BA, MA) who work at the location of the client (home, school, hospital, community) from Hamilton/Niagara, Halton, Peel/Central West, GTA, York, Simcoe County and Durham.

The Client Service Scheduler role is an integral part of our service delivery. It demands an energetic and organized individual, with experience in customer service and ideally with knowledge of the Social Services/Developmental Services/Health sectors. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a very fast paced environment, be able to multi-task effectively and work independently as well as part of a team.

Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Regions: Etobicoke

Availability: Rotating Schedule – Weekdays (9am-5pm) and Evenings (2pm-10pm), and Saturdays/Sundays (9pm-5pm) - also includes On-Call Assignment on Weekday Overnights
